A. We do recommend collecting demographic data. The demographic
information that is gathered will help segment the data for
analysis and action planning purposes. However, our clients
have the option to customize what demographic information they
want to collect or to bypass demographics all together.
Q. How are survey results collected?

A. The respondents will complete customized web-based surveys by clicking on an email notification from your company contact (typically the Dir of HR or your CEO). The survey can be completed from any Internet enabled personal computer.
Q. How will my company get the results?

A. During the survey campaign, survey responses are stored on our secured server. To keep you informed on how many employees are participating in
your campaign, you will receive a response count report at least twice a week. At the end of your survey campaign, you will receive standard summary reporting for each completed survey campaign. You will also get an export data file containing all results.
Q. How is anonymity ensured?

A. Employees do not provide their names. They only record
customizable demographic information. Their responses are
submitted directly to HCTech Consulting for data gathering.

A. Response rate is closely monitored and reminder messages can be sent to encourage people to complete the survey.
